Tailored for events like the Middle Sea Race, Giraglia, and Transquadra, this 9.5-meter racer-cruiser offers multiple rig and keel configurations, ensuring top performance under IRC/ORC ratings. With an ergonomic layout inspired by open-class vessels, it is optimised for short-handed sailing, where speed, stability, and comfort are combined. Designed with sustainability in mind, the latest eco-friendly innovations in composite boatbuilding are integrated into the Nevo950.
In response to the growing demand for high-performance boats that can be managed by a reduced crew, the shift towards shorthanded offshore racing has expanded from Northern Europe to the Mediterranean. This trend is driven by limited crew availability and the need for optimised downwind performance.
Its refinement ensures compatibility and optimisation within the most prestigious rating divisions and transoceanic regatta limits.
Need more speed? Upgrades to its rig and appendages have been designed to meet the demands of more challenging sailing while maintaining compatibility with the existing, more powerful Classe950.
In light of these considerations, we pursued a hull with reduced length, and consequently a lower rating, while enhancing planing ability, power, and stability. An innovative scow hull design was adopted, complemented by a carefully studied rocker profile that better suits prevailing Mediterranean conditions, and introduces originality when compared with current design trends.
The large, partially covered closed cockpit integrates seamlessly with an interior that extends longitudinally toward the bow. This layout follows the forward shift of the maximum beam and aligns with cruising design principles, accommodating a spacious bathroom/sail locker and a forward double cabin, both fully compatible with the racing configuration and optimised for weight.
We applied recent research in composite boatbuilding decarbonisation to this and other projects, considering the possibilities and requirements of each case.
Its planing capability ensures speed, while the interior balances racing efficiency with practical cruising features. Incorporating decarbonisation technologies, it maintains sustainability without compromising performance. Designed by Michele Molino Naval Architecture, every detail is precisely engineered.

Born in Rome and raised in Florence, Michele Molino graduated in 2005 in naval architecture and marine engineering. Gaining experience with top Italian yacht designers, he later worked on Grand Prix boatbuilding projects in Spain. After managing design and boatyard operations, he founded his own office in La Rochelle, assembling expert teams to deliver tailored, client-focused yacht design solutions.

Trimarine Compósitos Lda. was established in Portugal in 2012, with 1,800 square metres of space dedicated to the construction of composite components and yachts. The facility, located on the waterfront southeast of Lisbon, is a modern structure designed for building a wide range of composite vessels, including large multihulls that require direct launching capabilities.
